The trading window for dealing in Company''s equity shares shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 for Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. The closure is in connection with the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to stock exchanges.
