Please be informed that on 19 August 2022, Roxas and Company, Inc. ("RCI") crossed 265,353 of its treasury shares @Php0.57/share in favor of the following RCI directors as part of their share-based remuneration:

Mr. Edgar P. Arcos for 28,509 shares
Ms. Corazon De La Paz-Bernardo for 39,474 shares
Mr. Francisco R. Elizalde for 39,474 shares
Mr. Santiago R. Elizalde for 39,474 shares
