In 1Q 2025 Rusagro's consolidated revenue before intersegment eliminations amounted to 82,793 million roubles. In comparison to 1Q 2024 sales increased by 18% (+12,458 million roubles).
Rusagro's revenue improved mainly due to crude vegetable oil sales increase and growth of meat segment sales (including the consolidation of Agro-Belogorie group results).

In 1Q 2025 crude vegetable oil production amounted to 290 thousand tonnes, unchanged compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

Sales volume of consumer oil & fat and dairy products
The volume of sales of industrial oil & fat and dairy products in 1Q 2025 increased by 5% to 530 thousand tonnes (+24 thousand tonnes) in comparison to the same quarter of the previous year.
Sales of meal remained almost unchanged to 1Q 2024 at 260 thousand tonnes (+1%; +2 thousand tonnes). Bulk oil sales went up by 24% (+37 thousand tonnes) to 186 thousand tonnes due to optimization of logistics scheme elements for oil transportation (use of river transport, improved tank turnover rate).
Sales of industrial fats declined by 14% (-14 thousand tonnes) as a result of volumes distribution within annual sales plan .

In 1Q 2025 sales of consumer product categories of the Oil & Fat business (bottled oil, margarines, mayonnaise and sauces based on it, ketchups, cheese, spreads, butter, cream and others) declined by 16% to 101 thousand tonnes (-20 thousand tonnes) mainly due to reduced bottled oil output in favor of increase in crude vegetable oil sales, as a more profitable product.

Sugar production decreased compared to the same period of the previous year following the dynamics of sugar beet harvest in the season 2023/2024.

In 1Q 2025 sugar sales volume declined by 36% (-67 thousand tonnes) reflecting production dynamics.
In 1Q 2025 production of live weight pork for slaughtering went up by 90% to 139 thousand tonnes (+66 thousand tonnes).
Production of pork in live weight for slaughtering increased mainly due to consolidation of Agro-Belogorie group results (+58 thousand tonnes).
In the Central Federal District production growth of live weight pork for slaughtering amounted to 3.8 thousand tonnes due to the increase in efficiency of growing technology, which led to improvement of animals average weight.
Capacity utilization in Primorsky Krai continued its recovery after five farms were inhabited in 2024, production growth reached 3.8 thousand tonnes.

In 1Q 2025 sales volume of pork products increased 2.2 times (+69 thousand tonnes) to 127 thousand tonnes compared to the same period of the previous year.
Sales of pork products rose following organic production growth and consolidation of Agro-Belogorie group results.

AGRICULTURE SEGMENT

In 1Q 2025 grain sales volume declined by 50% against 1Q 2024 and amounted to 93 thousand tonnes (-93 thousand tonnes).
Wheat sales reduced by 73% (-114 thousand tonnes) to 41 thousand tonnes, barley sales decreased to 4 thousand tonnes (-8 thousand tonnes) due to shift of active sales phase to 4Q 2024 in line with market conditions.
Volume of corn sales increased 2.5 times (+28 thousand tonnes) as a result of yields recovery and additional sowing area in Primorye.

Soy sales contraction in 1Q 2025 by 62% (-29 thousand tonnes) was due to shift of active sales phase to 4Q 2024 in line with market conditions.
