Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on April 28, 2025.
The proposed Record Date, which serves to the identification of the shareholders who are to benefit from dividends is July 04, 2025, the proposed "Ex-Date" is July 03, 2023, while the proposed Payment Date is July 22, 2025.
