Report availability preliminary financial results 2025

Rompetrol Rafinare S.A. hereby informs all interested parties that the Report concerning the preliminary financial results for 2025 shall be available for shareholders, investors and public as of February 27th, 2026, starting with 18:00, as follows:

• in hard copy, available upon request, at the Company's headquarters from Năvodari Blvd., Administrative Facility, no. 215, room 104, Năvodari, Constanţa County, in the following business days between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

• in soft copy, on the Company's website, https://rompetrol-rafinare.kmginternational.com/, Investors Relations/Financial Results and Reporting section, Annual Reports, respectively Quarterly Interim reports/ Quarterly Consolidated Reports in accordance with IFRS (unaudited) - 2025 subsections.

We hereby specify that the preliminary standalone financial statements at December 31st, 2025 (preparated in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Public Finance No. 2844/2016 for approval of Accounting Regulations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS, as further amended and supplemented), as well as the preliminary consolidated financial statements for 2025 and for the fourth quarter of 2025 (prepared in accordance with the IFRS), have not been audited by the external financial auditor of the Company and that they may be subject to amendment pursuant to being audited and up to the time they are submitted for approval to the General Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders scheduled for 29/30.04.2026.
