(NYSE: RPT, "Rithm Property Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared a first quarter 2025 dividend on its 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series C"). The Board declared a dividend of $0.4937500 per share, which reflects a pro-rata accrual rate of 9.875% from Series C issuance on March 4 th to, but not including, the May 15 th payment date.
