Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for monitoring, regulating and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. 1st July 2026 upto 48 hours of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
