("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Detailed Public Statement in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 3(2) and 3(3) read with Regulation 13(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as amended, to the public shareholders of Rikhav Securities Ltd ("Target Company").
