Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc.NASDAQ: RMBI

March 2025 Officer Promotions Announcement

· Issued by Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc.

Richmond, IN - The Board of Directors approved the following promotions, effective March 24th, 2025.

Julie Duke - Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Operations

Julie is approaching her 22nd anniversary with First Bank Richmond. She most recently served in the role of Vice President, Sr. Operations Manager. The retirement of Robin Weinert in 2024 resulted in increased responsibility and scope for Julie, which she has accepted and attacked with vigor and poise. One impactful project of note is the FIS contract negotiation, which is crucial to the success and effectiveness of our operational infrastructure. Julie is also enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking, and the value of her enrollment and participation is evident in the knowledge she exhibits as she addresses operational issues and plans for a more efficient, successful future.

Courtney Evans - First Vice President, Regional Branch Administrator

Courtney joined First Bank Richmond in 2011. She will celebrate her 14th year of service this June. She most recently served as Vice President, Regional Branch Administrator. Numerous changes over the last year have catapulted Courtney into an expanded role. In 2024, Courtney was asked to step in and oversee our Mutual Federal branches in Ohio, which was a 5-branch addition to the 8 Indiana branches that were already under her supervision. She has made a very visible effort to establish relationships within her new scope. Courtney has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead teams, effectively manage multiple branches, and resolve myriad of operational and personnel issues (quite often concurrently). Courtney's deep understanding of banking and branch operations will continue to contribute to our success.

Susan Richwine - First Vice President, Marketing

Susan joined First Bank Richmond in 2019, bringing with her a trove of Marketing knowledge gained from her previous experience and education. Over the years, Susan's professionalism, insight, and dedication have resulted in numerous successful promotions and campaigns for First Bank Richmond and Mutual Federal. Susan consistently oversees and produces high quality campaigns and marketing material. She is also an effective leader who has demonstrated her ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Her work will continue to make First Bank Richmond shine within our communities.

Chuck Tabeling - First Vice President, Lending Operations

Chuck joined First Bank Richmond in 2008, and he has held numerous positions during his tenure. Most recently, Chuck was given the title of Vice President - Retail Lending Operations. This role came as the result of most of the Retail Lending operations staff being moved to Chuck's supervision (where he had previously been focused solely on Credit Administration/Collections). Last year, our creation of a dedicated Treasury Management department resulted in Chuck taking over supervision responsibility for the Commercial Lending operations staff, as well. Chuck has confidently taken the additional responsibilities, facing any adversity head on until resolution is achieved. Chuck's knowledge and leadership will continue to positively shape our lending operations teams and processes well into the future.

Shannon Moores - Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager

Shannon joined First Bank Richmond in 2012. In that time, she has held several positions within the Northside branch. Since her promotion to Branch Manager in 2021, Shannon has distinguished herself as a high performer who is capable of generating positive results. 2024 was a particularly successful year for the Northside branch, which can be attributed to Shannon's customer relationships and her leadership of the Northside team. We are fortunate to have Shannon continue her efforts as Branch Manager at Northside.

Kristin Reitenour - Assistant Vice President, Deposit Operations

Kristin joined First Bank Richmond in 2013, where she developed a deep understanding of our commitment to excellent customer service and branch operations. In 2018, Kristin transitioned to the Core Systems department and then, a year later, she took on the role of EFT Supervisor, where she assumed responsibility for overseeing the Processing and Electronics/Payments departments. While in this role, Kristin has successfully earned her NCP (National Check Professional) and AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certifications. These credentials have been instrumental in maintaining secure, efficient, and compliant payment operations - enhancing customer trust and strengthening First Bank Richmond's financial stability. Kristin's ability to drive operational excellence, effectively lead teams, and uphold the highest standards of service will continue to benefit our operation for years to come.

Danielle Abrams - Branch Manager/Officer

Danielle returned to First Bank Richmond in December 2024 as Branch Manager for the Westside and Centerville branches. She previously served as Commercial Lending Officer from 2021 to 2022. Danielle brings over 15 years of experience in banking, which has included roles in front-line supervision, management of branch and lending teams, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and commercial lending. Danielle has seamlessly stepped into her role as Branch Manager, having already created efficiencies and establishing herself as a trusted resource for our customers.

Karen Koons - Branch Manager/Officer

Karen joined the Mutual Federal team in 2013. She was promoted from Assistant Branch Manager (Sidney) to Branch Manager (Troy) following the retirement of Mark Schmitmeyer in early 2024. Since her promotion to Branch Manager, Karen has demonstrated her readiness for any challenge that comes her way while also seeking new ways to develop herself and her team. She has quickly adapted to the focus of business development in the Troy market, having established many new relationships through her business development and community involvement efforts. Karen's leadership and accountability with the Troy branch is critical to our ability to capitalize on market share opportunities in Troy.

Shannon Smith - Customer Service & Collections Supervisor/Officer

Shannon joined the Leasing team in January 2024 in the role of Credit Underwriter. It quickly became apparent that, along with her swift acclimation to the underwriting role, Shannon's 20+ years of experience in finance, collections, and customer service would be useful in an expanded role. The opportunity came to fruition when Shannon was promoted to Customer Service & Collections Supervisor in preparation for the eventual retirement of Tim Oler. Since promotion, Shannon has been responsible for numerous process improvements and has brought new insight to how we can make positive change. Her leadership in collections and customer service will continue to impact the success of First Federal Leasing.
