AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE
The board (the "Board") of directors of Rich Goldman Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr. Cheung Yiu Chung ("Mr. Cheung") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary, the financial controller and the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") with effect from 22 October 2019.
Mr. Cheung confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to his resignation which need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company.
The Board further announces that Mr. Kwok Chee Wai ("Mr. Kwok") has been appointed as the company secretary, the financial controller and the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules with effect from 22 October 2019.

Mr. Kwok Chee Wai, aged 36, is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong. He obtained a bachelor degree in accounting from Napier University in United Kingdom through distance learning and a master degree in corporate governance and directorship from Hong Kong Baptist University. He is also an associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, an ordinary member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. Prior to joining the Group, he worked at several accounting firms and has over 15 years of experience in auditing, taxation and provision of financial consultancy services.
The Board would like to express its appreciation for Mr. Cheung's contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and welcome Mr. Kwok for his new appointment.
