The company uplaoded the outcomes of the Board Meeting within 30 mins of its conclusion at 1.22 pm. However, owing to an inadvertent error, the conclusion time was left blank in the originally uploaded outcome. A revised outcome, duly rectified, has accordingly been uploaded on the stock exchange. As per the telephonic communication with BSE official, i was unable to file the same under ''revision of outcome'' therefore the exchange instructed to file it under general announcements. Kindly take this into consideration and treat this as revised outcome of meeting.
