On December 2, 2015, the SourcingLink.net Inc. (OTC Markets: SNET) Board of Directors and a voting majority of shareholders for the Company approved a 1-for-10,000 reverse stock split of the common stock of the Company, with fractional shares rounded up to the next full share. The reverse split is to provide of the future growth and expansion of the company.
This corporate action took effect at the open of business 1/4/2016.
