Results of General Meeting Proposed Capital Reduction Jubilee, the integrated copper producer and resource developer in Zambia, announces the results of the General Meeting held today 8 April 2026. Resolution 2, an ordinary resolution to grant the directors authority to allot shares in the Company and to grant rights to subscribe for or convert any security into shares in the Company was withdrawn as was resolution 3, a special resolution t o dis-apply pre-emption rights in relation to the allotment of equity securities for cash . Resolution 1, a special resolution to reduce the share premium account of the Company (Capital Reduction) was passed with the requisite majority votes (refer to the announcement dated 23 March 2026). Of the total votes cast, 98.42% voted in favour of the resolution. The votes cast represented 35.03% of the Company's total voting rights. The Company will now apply to the Court for confirmation of the Capital Reduction. The Capital Reduction will only become effective if the Court confirms the Capital Reduction and the order of the Court confirming the Capital Reduction is delivered to, and registered by, the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales.
