Key resolutions included the approval of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts with 99.97% of votes in favour, the Directors' remuneration report with 96.75% in favour, and the company's dividend policy with 99.97% in favour. The re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor also passed with 93.90% of votes.
