Results of 2026 Annual General Meeting
Braemar PLC announced that all resolutions proposed at its 2026 Annual General Meeting were passed by poll vote. The audited accounts for the year ended 28 February 2026 received 99.92% approval, and the proposed final dividend of 4.5 pence per ordinary share was approved by 99.97%. Directors were re-elected with strong support, including Grant Foley (99.64% for) and Elizabeth Gooch (97.63% for), and Richard Prince was elected as a new director with 99.84% approval.
