Result of Meeting
On October 1, 2025, SThree plc announced the successful passing of a special resolution at its General Meeting held the same day. The resolution, concerning the regularisation of procedural requirements related to a dividend and buy-back, the release of claims, and the purchasing of ordinary shares, received significant shareholder support. A total of 88,808,783 votes were cast in favor, representing 99.98% of the votes, while 21,358 votes were against, accounting for 0.02%. The total votes cast were 88,830,141, representing 69.50% of the issued share capital with voting rights, which stood at 127,822,300 as of September 29, 2025.
