TruFin plc announced that shareholders have approved the disposal of its 84.5 per cent interest in Playstack Limited to VantageCo Limited, a transaction constituting a fundamental change of business under AIM Rule 15. The resolution passed with 68,270,955 votes in favour out of 68,354,768 total votes cast, representing 72.56% of the issued share capital. This approval paves the way for the disposal to complete on 10 June 2026. The Disposal constitutes a fundamental change of business under AIM Rule 15 and was therefore conditional upon such shareholder approval. As such approval has been obtained, the Disposal is expected to complete on 10 June 2026.
