Revolution Beauty Group PLC announced that all ten resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2026, were passed by shareholders. The resolutions included the approval of the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended February 28, 2026, the re-election of directors Thomas Allsworth, Neil Catto, Chris Fry, and Iain McDonald, and the re-appointment of MHA Audit Services LLP as auditor.
