Legal & General Group Plc announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting and General Meeting on May 21, 2026, were passed by shareholders. Key resolutions included the approval of the 2025 financial statements with 99.95% for, the declaration of a final dividend of 15.67 pence per ordinary share with 99.33% for, and the approval of the company's Climate and Nature Transition Plan with 96.84% for. The election and re-election of directors also received strong support, generally above 99%. Resolutions concerning the reduction of the share premium account by £1,051,581,960 and the capital redemption reserve by £24,583,524 were also approved with over 99.9% of votes in favour.
