Beacon Energy (AIM:BCE), is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
In addition, the Company announces that Mark Rollins, Non-Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, has purchased, in aggregate, 343,810 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.9 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Rollins' interest comprises 9,423,507 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
