Result of AGM and Change of Name
The Board of Chalkwell Investments plc. (AIM:CORE) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "Resolutions") held today were duly passed.
Included in the Resolutions was a special resolution to approve the proposed change of name of the Company to Silvermere Energy plc. The change of name is expected to take place tomorrow, 15 July 2011, and the Company will trade under the new TIDM code 'SLME'. In accordance with AIM Rule 26 and in order to reflect the change of name, the Company will shortly be changing its website address to www.silvermere-energy.com.
