Dialight PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on September 1, 2025, where resolutions 11 and 12, concerning political donations and the allotment of shares, were passed. While both resolutions achieved the necessary majority, more than 20% of votes cast were against them. The Board acknowledged that certain shareholders applied their own voting policies regarding political donations and share allotment. DIALIGHT PLC RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - ADDENDUM 02 SEPTEMBER 2025 Resolutions - addendum Dialight plc (the Company ) has published the poll results of the AGM held on Monday, 01 September 2025. Resolutions 11 and 12 (political donations and allotment of shares) were both comfortably passed with the requisite majority, but more than 20% of the votes cast were not in favour. The Board notes that these two resolutions reflect generally accepted guidelines but was made aware just prior to the AGM that certain shareholders had applied their own voting policies in relation to political donations and allotment of shares. In accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Board will continue to engage with shareholders and will provide any further update within the next six months.
