Resolutions 1 through 4 and 7 through 13 received 16,238,439 votes for, representing 100% support. Resolution 5, regarding the reappointment of Mark Cutis as a director, received 16,172,689 votes for (99.60%) and 65,750 votes against (0.40%), totaling 16,238,439 votes.
