Auto Trader Group plc held its Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2025, where all resolutions were passed. The total number of shares eligible to be voted on at the AGM was 870,182,222. Shareholders approved the final dividend of 7.1 pence per ordinary share for the year ended March 31, 2025. The voting resulted in the re-election of Matt Davies, Nathan Coe, Catherine Faiers, Jamie Warner, Jasvinder Gakhal, Geeta Gopalan and Amanda James as directors.
