MHA PLC (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services, announces the results of its Annual General Meeting held at 9:00 a.m. on 21 August 2026 at 2 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU. All resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

All 14 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 13 and 14 were passed as special resolutions.
