British Land Company PLC announced that all resolutions were passed by shareholders at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for the annual report and financial statements (99.88% for), the Directors' Remuneration Report (97.88% for), and the final dividend of 10.80p per ordinary share (99.99% for). Re-appointments of directors also received high approval, though some special resolutions, such as those concerning the allotment of shares for cash in specific circumstances (88.80% for resolution 19) and the calling of general meetings on shorter notice (89.29% for resolution 21), saw lower, though still majority, support.
