ZOO Digital Group plc (AIM: ZOO), the tech-enabled localisation and digital media services partner to the global media and entertainment industry, announces the result of the Company's AGM that was held on 29 September 2026. A poll was held on each of the resolutions proposed and the results of the poll are set out below. All of the resolutions were duly passed.
