Gana Media Group plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for the Report and Accounts and the re-election of directors, all receiving at least 99.98% of votes cast. The election of new directors Ramon Neme Aziz and Farzad Peyman-Fard received 99.96% of votes, while Brian Larkin's election garnered 85.57% of votes. The reappointment of the auditor was approved with 100% of votes, and the allotment of equity shares and disapplication of pre-emption rights also passed with significant majorities of 92.44% and 92.21% respectively.
