Red Rock Resources Plc announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on February 19, 2026, where most resolutions were passed with significant shareholder support, including resolutions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, which received over 2.6 billion votes in favour. However, Resolution 6 failed, receiving only 471,979,843 votes for compared to 2,417,434,076 against. Resolution 3 was not put to the meeting as a director did not seek reappointment.
