The voting results of the resolutions proposed at the AGM will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://www.autins.com/ . Resignation of Non-Executive Director The Company also announces the resignation of Andrew Burn as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from 31 March 2024. The Company has commenced the process to identify and appoint a new Non-Executive Director.
