The financial statements have been restated to incorporate the acquisition of Cloud Technologies, Inc.; the details of the acquisition are notes 2 of the notes to the financial statements.
The acquisition of Cloud Technologies, Inc. was not included in the first Year End financial statements filed on February 1, 2010, due to an IJJ Corporation management oversight, which has been corrected and properly report as required.
