Resorttrust, Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has resolved, at the the meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 13, 2026, to personnel changes of Directors described below.
Reasons for the Changes (Effective April 1, 2026)
In June of last year, the Company revamped its executive structure with the aim of enhancing the "separation of oversight and execution" and enhancing the effectiveness of the Board of Directors. As the current Medium-Term Management Plan, "Sustainable Connect: To Wellbeing 2.0 (April 2025 - March 2030)," enters its second year and moves into the full-scale implementation phase, Ariyoshi Fushimi, the current President and COO, will newly assume the role of CEO. By appointing Fushimi, who has been at the forefront of the Group's operations as COO, to the top leadership position, we will transition to a structure that ensures a smoother integration of business and management strategies, accelerating "decisive management decision-making" and "medium- to long-term business growth." Simultaneously, we will promote the delegation of authority to next-generation leaders, fostering a growth-oriented mindset throughout the organization and enhancing its execution capabilities.
Yoshiro Ito and Katsuyasu Ito-the founders who have led the Company as Founder & Group CEO and Chairman of the Board and CEO, respectively-will continue to contribute to the Group as Founder and Representative Directors. Leveraging their extensive knowledge and experience, they will contribute to the supervisory and advisory functions of the Board of Directors, the highest decision-making body within the company. Furthermore, as embodiments of our corporate philosophy, they will ensure its deepening and succession, contributing to the further enhancement of the Group's brand value and the realization of sustainability.
