Resonac Holdings Corporation (President and CEO: Hidehito Takahashi, hereinafter referred to as "Resonac") is pleased to announce the release of its integrated report, "RESONAC REPORT 2026," which is now available on Resonac's website.
This year's report marks the fourth year since the business integration that Resonac regards as its "Second Founding" and is centered on the theme, "Phase 2 of Resonac's Second Founding." Guided by the concept that "Corporate Value = Strategy × Individual Strengths × Corporate Culture," Resonac has advanced itsbusiness portfolio transformation while developing a culture of co-creation. The report looks back on the achievements of Phase 1 and introduces our management agenda, strategies, and co-creation initiatives aimed at realizing our Purpose, "Change society through the power of chemistry," and driving the next phase of growth.
The report also revisits the "Resonac Value Creation Hypothesis," which was first presented last year. While refining the hypothesis through ongoing dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders, we present examples of how it is being put into practice. The report outlines our approach to maximizing "true corporate value" and introduces perspectives gained through discussions with investors, experts, and other stakeholders. We invite readers to explore these insights and our evolving approach to value creation.
We position the integrated report as a communication tool for dialogue, conveying how we have created value from the past to the present and whether we possess the structure and capabilities to create value into the future. We publish this report annually to share our thinking and hypotheses regarding value creation. Going forward, we will continue to use the report as a starting point for co-creation, fostering dialogue with stakeholders and working together to shape the future.
