CALGARY, March 21 /CNW/ - Resilient Resources Ltd. (TSX:RRL) filed its
audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005
and related management's discussion and analysis of financial condition and
results of operations with Canadian securities regulatory authorities
yesterday. Resilient also filed its annual information form for the year ended
December 31, 2005, which includes the disclosure and reports relating to other
oil and gas information required pursuant to National Instrument 51-101 of the
Canadian Securities Administrators. Copies of these documents may be obtained
via www.sedar.com.
Resilient will mail to shareholders the joint proxy circular respecting
its proposed amalgamation with Guardian Exploration Inc. ("Guardian")
tomorrow. As previously announced, the meeting of Resilient's shareholders to
consider and approve the amalgamation with Guardian will be held on April 13,
2006.
