TORONTO, May 13 /CNW/ - Saxon Financial Inc. (TSX:SFI) announces that Allan W. Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, has resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Allan for his many contributions to the organization and to wish him well in his future endeavours. Robert Tattersall, Executive Vice President, has been appointed interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Tattersall is one of the founders of Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel Limited, the Company's investment management subsidiary, and a current SFI Director.
