On August 26, 2014, Mr. Brian D. Everist resigned his
position as a Board of Director of Tower Properties Company.
Later on August 26, 2014, the Board of Directors of Tower Properties Company met and:
RESOLVED, that, effective immediately, the number of directors to constitute the Board of Directors shall be five (5) and the number of Class II director positions is reduced to one (1).
