This is for information of all concerned that, the Board of Directors of Renata Limited in its meeting held on March 01, 2022 between 3.00 pm to 3.30 pm has decided to purchase of 560 decimals land along with a carton factory at Mouza-Dogri, Rajendrapur, Gazipur at a cost of Tk. 51 crore excluding registration and incidental cost. The land will be used for expansion of Ranjendrapur Factory, Gazipur.
