Renascor Resources Limited (ASX: RNU) (Renascor) advises that 393,868 ordinary fully paid shares (Shares) are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 27 February 2025.
The Shares were issued to the Barngarla Determination Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (BDAC) on 27 August 2024 in connection with the registration of the Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) between Renascor and BDAC1.
This ASX announcement has been approved by Renascor's Board of Directors and authorised for release by Renascor's Managing Director David Christensen.
