Reliance Industries is set to invest $19.2bn to develop a 1.5-GW artificial intelligence data centre cluster alongside a captive solar and battery storage system in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, POWERLINE writes.
The project is expected to become India’s largest data centre cluster. Of the total investment, about $13bn will be allocated to the data centre facility, while the rest will be directed towards the associated renewable energy infrastructure.
