BOARD MEETING
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 11:30 A.M. on \Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Head Office of the Company at Reliance Insurance House, 181-A, Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society› Karachi / video link to consider among other things the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 25th March 2026 to 1st April 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
