The Company was admitted to the Standard Listing of the Main Market of the London Stock exchange on 5 June 2023 (XLON: WFR).Chairman's StatementDuring the period the Company made a loss of £226,161, compared with a loss of £142,812 for the same period last year. The loss is largely due to everyday administration, travel, salaries and professional fees, whilst the Board has been diligently attempting identify a suitable business with which to enter into a potential transaction. The Board has been working attentively to reduce the administrative costs of the Company, reducing salaries and outsourced administrative assistance. As at 31 March 2025, the Company's cash position was £84,983 (2024: £506,165).These interim results have not been audited by the Company's auditor.Post period eventsSince the end of the reported period, the Company has continued to actively pursue alternative acquisition opportunities since the termination of the Heads of Terms with SMT Holdings Limited.
