The Liquidity Agreement is governed by French law and is further summarised below.During the period from 1 June to 30 June 2026, Invest Securities purchased 53,417 ordinary shares at a maximum price of €0.54 and a minimum price of €0.38 and sold 41,694 ordinary shares at a maximum price of €0.52 and a minimum price of €0.39 under the Liquidity Agreement. The total number of ordinary shares in the Company, which are held in treasury as at close of business on 30 June 2026, is 86,096.Total Voting RightsThe total number of ordinary shares in the Company is 72,588,088. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company pursuant to Article L. 223-7 of the French Commercial Code and the Company's Articles.
