The Liquidity Agreement is governed by French law and is further summarised below.During the period from 1 May to 31 May 2025, Invest Securities purchased 50,018 ordinary shares at a maximum price of €0.66 and a minimum price of €0.44 and sold 52,014 ordinary shares at a maximum price of €0.67 and a minimum price of €0.45 under the Liquidity Agreement. The total number of ordinary shares in the Company, which are held in treasury as at close of business on 31 May 2025, is 90,906.Total Voting RightsThe total number of ordinary shares in the Company is 70,626,248. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company pursuant to Article L. 223-7 of the French Commercial Code and the Company's Articles.
