All references to times in this announcement are to times in London unless otherwise stated.Satisfaction of UAE Merger Control ConditionAA4+ and LAC 10 are pleased to announce that the Competition Department of the Ministry of Economy of the UAE has confirmed its approval of the Acquisition and that, consequently, the Condition set out in paragraph 3(a) of Part A of Part 4 of the Scheme Document has been satisfied.Next steps and timetableThe Scheme remains subject to the satisfaction (or, where applicable, waiver) of the remaining Conditions set out in the Scheme Document, including the sanction of the Scheme by the Court at the Sanction Hearing.AA4+ and LAC 10 are pleased to confirm that the Sanction Hearing is scheduled to be held on 25 June 2026, which is also expected to be the Effective Date.An up...
