Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 16th Sep, 2026 to 22nd Sep, 2026, (both days inclusive).The cut - off date i.e. 15th September, 2026, only shall be entitled to avail of the electronic voting facility. Remote e-voting facility commences on Saturday, 19th September, 2026 at 09.00 a.m. IST and ends on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 5.00 p.m.
