Vestas Wind Systems A/S , Aarhus , 08 May 2026 Company Announcement No. 25/2026 On 8 April 2026 , the Annual General Meeting of Vestas Wind Systems A/S (the Company) adopted the proposal to reduce the Company's share capital by nominally DKK 2,861,160.00 by cancelling 14,305,800 shares from the Company's holding of treasury shares. The reduction of the share capital has been completed and registered with the Danish Business Authority today. After the reduction, the Company's share capital amounts to nominally DKK 199,112,292.00 , corresponding to 995,561,460 shares of DKK 0.20 each. The decrease of the share capital admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen has been sought executed with effect as soon as possible.
