SCPLC has today given notice in accordance with the Final Terms dated 6 October 2020 relating to the Notes (the "FinalTerms") that, on 14 October 2022, it will redeem the U.S.$1,000,000,000 in principal amount of the outstanding Notes together with accrued but unpaid interest in accordance with the Final Terms.
