NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF REDEMPTION OF SECURITIES AND WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING
Reference is made to the announcement issued by Standard Chartered Plc (the "Company") on 1 March 2023 in relation to the Securities.
The Company announces that it has exercised its option to redeem the Securities in whole on 2 April 2023 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Securities. As of the date of this announcement, there are therefore no outstanding Securities in issue. The Company has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to withdraw the listing of the Securities. Such withdrawal of listing is expected to become effective upon the close of business on 14 April 2023 .
