In terms of Section 9.10.3 we wish to inform you that Mr. T. Dharmarajah, who was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 01st October 2024, has reached the age of 70 on 07th August 2026. Accordingly, in terms of the provisions of Rule 9.8.3 (ix) pertaining to the criteria for independence of Directors of Listed Entities, Mr Dharmarajah will be re-classified as follows,
