9th October 2024 Digitalbox plc ("Digitalbox" or the "Company" or the "Group") Receipt of Requisition Letter The Board of Digitalbox announces that it has received a le tt er dated 8 October 2024 from Northern Trust Global Services Plc on behalf of Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust Plc, shareholders in the Company holding, in aggregate, 22,589,795 ordinary shares represen t ing c.19.5% of issued share capital, reques t ing the Board convene a general mee t ing pursuant to sec tio n 303(1) of the Companies Act 2006. The le tt er requests that, at a general mee t ing, shareholders of the Company consider and vote on an ordinary resolu ti on to appoint Graham Bryce as a director with immediate effect. The Company is taking advice as to the validity of the requisi ti on le tt er and a further announcement will be made in due course.
